Dr. Kupferberg sees patients aged 16 and over. Consider a follow-up visit if:
- You were in hospital with pneumonia or another chest infection
- You were in hospital with a flare-up of asthma or COPD
- Breathlessness or a cough has lingered since you came home

The visit is a review of what occurred and guidance for the future. It covers:
- A review of your hospital stay: the discharge letter, test results and imaging
- What happened and why, explained in plain language
- Your medications and inhalers after discharge
- Any further tests you may need
- A plan for the future: warning signs, when to seek care, vaccines and follow-up
